At A. Soliani, we want you to love your handcrafted Italian footwear; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original dust bags and blue A. Soliani box, ensuring all original packaging is included to qualify for a refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous tracking barcodes.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our studio inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
